<p>Lyons taught himself to play the guitar "by ear" by listeneing to and emulating the greats. After honing his skills for a number of years, he began playing out live and formed his 1st band. Playing out live was a thrill to the young guitarist, singer, songwriter. Over the years following his first band, he formed a few more bands playing out live and gaining acclaim and notariety to fans and other musicians. He recorded some of his originals and released a CD which can be purchased online.
