Born at a time when political strife and social injustice seem the norm, The Blameshifters have refused to bury their heads in the sand and seek to deny that luxury to others. Based in the central Valley of California, this three peice punk rock band seeks to expose the negative consequences of thoughtless actions through their lyrics, while complimenting them with a rich backdrop of unrelentingly fast, yet melodic music. Taking stabs at anything from anti-intellectualism, to organized religion, to the ease of corruption in an unwatched democracy, The Blameshifters hold the citizenry as responsible as their leaders. Shifting the blame to where it belongs.
