We want to share that gift with the world and hope that we may be a blessing to other believers as well as non-believers.  Our name comes from the biblical King David. David, for the better part, started organized worship music and we, as a band, only hope to perpetuate what he started so many years ago. With the talents God has blessed us with and our love for music, we hope to get His word out to as many as possible1 Chronicles 16: 4-74Then David assigned some of the Levites to the Chest of GOD to lead worship-to intercede, give thanks, and praise the GOD of Israel. 5Asaph was in charge; under him were Zechariah, Jeiel, Shemiramoth, Jehiel, Mattithiah, Eliab, Benaiah, Obed-Edom, and Jeiel, who played the musical instruments.  Asaphwas on percussion. 6The priests Benaiah and Jahaziel blew the trumpets before the Chest of the Covenant of God at set times through the day. 7That was the day that David inaugurated regular worship of praise to GOD, led by Asaph and his company.
