Darius Lux is a singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, producer and performer who grew up between London and New York. In 2005, a thirst for adventure urged Darius to leave NYC on a quest around the world for a year.As he travelled, Darius found a host of songs and rhythms come to him as he drifted along beaches, dirt roads and mountain tops through four continents.The result of this journey around the world and to the spirit of music is 'Arise' - a collection of songs that combine his love of 60's song-writing, 70's soul, 80's pop and 90's hip-hop into a current, vital mix of soulful rock-edged pop tunes.Darius is currently based in Los Angeles, where he is promoting his album, 'Arise' and playing live with Miklos Malek (keys/bass) and Keith Williams (drums) as 'The Darius Lux 3Way' - please check for upcoming shows.
